Shipping Your Online Order

Standard Shipping - Unless an expedited service is requested, most items should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).

Two-Day Shipping - If requested, add a minimum of $15.00 to regular standard shipping. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day and should arrive within two business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. All zip codes are not available for this service.

Overnight Shipping - If requested, add a minimum of $25.00 to regular standard shipping. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. All zip codes are not available for this service.

Standard Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Shipping - Add $8.00 to the applicable D&P charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).

Additional Address - Please add $8.00 to the applicable Shipping charges for each additional delivery address.

Items ordered together may be delivered separately, and the D&P will be allocated over shipments but not necessarily evenly. Some orders may require more than one package to ship; for these shipments the additional charge for two-day and overnight deliveries would be a per package charge.

Returns may affect final D&P charges. D&P charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to Sorelle will receive D&P credit as D&P was allocated, which may result in a final D&P charge after return that differs from quoted rates.

If you request to change the destination address of a shipment en route, an additional charge may be assessed.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days from the receipt date, please return your order to us. Please call or email customerservice@Sorellehome.com and we will assign a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Once you have received a (RAN) please return us the item.  Once we have received your item, your return will be processed.

NOTE:  We will not accept returned items if a (RAN #) have not been assigned to the order. If you return a package without having been assigned a (RAN) the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective, and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the broken parts if possible.  Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.  We work hard to make your shopping experience at SorelleHome.com an enjoyable one.

Lost or Missing Packages

We utilize primarily UPS, FedEx and DHL to ship our products to customers. Occasionally we will use other companies; you can contact our customer service department to determine which shipping company will be delivering your packages. Unless you the customer pre-requests a "Signature Required" delivery we rely on our shippers delivery confirmation via tracking numbers to determine that an order has been successfully delivered. Occasionally customers will order products and not require a signature upon delivery and the package will be left on door step, back door, etc and the customer will not find the package due to theft or accidental loss. In these instances we, SorelleHome.com, will not take responsibility for the missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
If you have any concerns that your order or package will be removed from your residence or business prior to your taking possession after it is delivered we encourage you to emailcustomerservice@Sorellehome.com  prior to placing an order and specifying you want a "Signature Required" delivery. This is an especially good idea for larger orders or if you have had problems in the past with missing packages. If you do ask us for a "Signature Required" delivery we will take full responsibility of your delivery until the package has been signed for.

Credit and Return Time

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you.  Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.

The SorelleHome.com website offers merchandise from around the world that is unique and distinctive. As a result, quantities of some items may be limited and stock cannot always be guaranteed. When an item is out of stock and cannot be replenished we will attempt to remove the item from the website in a timely manner.
